What data we collect
This site does not collect personal data from users. No registration, login, or form submission is required. The queue browser displays applicants' full names - this is public information published by egov.kz and accessible on the official state portal without any privacy filter.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Yandex.Metrika to understand aggregate usage patterns (page views, session counts, geographic distribution). Both services may set cookies and collect anonymised usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cookies
The only cookies set by this site are analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 (ga_*, _gid) and Yandex.Metrika (_ym_*). No advertising, tracking, or profiling cookies are used.
Third-party data
Queue statistics are sourced from the official egov.kz / eGKN portal. Region, district and settlement summary pages show aggregate counts only. The interactive queue view shows applicants' full names, registration dates and queue positions - this is public data published by egov.kz and displayed here without modification.
